Main Floor
Estate Fee: $1200
Includes the entire main floor and the outside grounds

Front of the Inn
Estate Fee: $800
Includes the Great Room, Dining Room, Library and front patio
 
Tea Room
Estate Fee: $400
Includes the Tea Room and back courtyard
